Our Commercial department is currently searching for the next superstar to join our team. You'll play a pivotal role in selling and leasing industrial spaces, offices and retail assets.

Your key responsibilities include:

· Attending inspections.

· Negotiating lease and sale prices.

· Handling leasing enquiries from prospective tenants and processing paperwork.

· Signing-up tenants.

· Prospecting new business opportunities.

· Building new relationships with prospective clients and landlords.

· Assisting the sales and leasing team with administrative tasks.
 

To be considered, you will have the following attributes:

· Previous experience in Commercial sales and leasing, or similar.

· Outstanding customer service skills.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Good attention to detail and ability to problem solve.

· Hard working and a can-do attitude.

· Intermediate knowledge of MS Office suites.

You will require a current Agents Representative Certificate, a current police check and a reliable, presentable motor vehicle.

About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated part-time Property Manager to join our successful and award-winning property management team. 

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, whilst delivering a high level of customer service. We are looking for a candidate that can be flexible, someone that can work autonomously and in a team.

  • Maintenance & follow up

  • Liaising with Landlords, Tenants, Tradespeople

  • Lease preparations and Tenant sign ups
  • Condition reports
  • VCAT preparation and attendance

Requirements: 

You will possess the following: 

  • An Agent’s Representative Certificate
  • A current police check or can obtain one.
  • A current driver’s license + functioning vehicle.
  • Ability to maintain and develop client relationships
  • Outstanding communication and organisation skills
  • Have experience using Property Tree
  • Be able to read and understand Trust ledgers
  • Understand the applicable legislation
  • VCAT experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure with a positive can-do attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • At least 2 years’ experience is desirable

Other information: 

  • The required hours for this part-time role are between 25 and 30 hours. 
  • You’ll be required to work 1 Saturday per month. 
  • This role may be perfect for candidates who are parents, and need to coordinate around school drop off/pick up.
