As the company director of Compton Green, Adrian takes a hands-on approach across all departments, including residential, commercial and enterprise. Starting off his illustrious real estate career in 1991, Adrian has been at the forefront of industry change ever since.
As one of the country’s leading auctioneers, he possesses a wealth of industry knowledge, a passion for communication and an extensive network of contacts. Adrian has worked alongside a range of organisations from diverse sectors, including private, corporate and Government. Before embarking on his career at Compton Green, Adrian was the senior vice president of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and the founder of the Young Agent’s Chapter. In conjunction with his Agent’s Representative Certificate, he has also obtained a certificate IV in property services through the REIV.
Adrian is extremely passionate about making lasting connectings and about creating a change within the community. He has been a committee member of the Hobsons Bay Community Fund since 2013, a local council body which supports social initiatives within the Hobson's Bay area. Prior to this, Adrian was the president of the Rotary Club of Williamstown.
Outside of his philanthropy efforts, you can find Adrian spending time with his three beautiful children and his wife, Dee. He also enjoys the great outdoors, coffee and all that the inner west has to offer.
Dee is Compton Green's associate director and inner-west property expert. With her extensive history in real estate, her passion for people and her drive to excel, it makes sense why she is one of our chosen leaders.
Driven by the wish to help people achieve their property and lifestylye goals, Dee embarked on her career as an agent in 1997. Since then, she's established an impressive portfolio of diverse properties - from penthouse apartments to beach-front mansions, she's done it all.
At the heart of her ethos is people; she is reliable, compassionate and an exceptional communicator. Dee's clients delight in the experience she provides them.

Nadine is one of two Operational Directors at Compton Green Geelong. With a strong 30-year history in administration, travel and teaching, Nadine joined Brad and Tanya in the ownership of GJ McDonald and Co in early 2020. In 2021, they joined forces with Compton Green to form Compton Green Geelong.
As a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent and the Administration Manager, Nadine runs the day-to-day operations of the Geelong office and also shares the role of Trust Accounts Manager. Nadine loves to keep busy so don't be surprised if you see her on the field assisting with Commercial Leasing and Sales. Ensuring that all areas of the business have the support they need to run smoothly is a key priority for Nadine.
When she's not working, Nadine likes to unwind by spending time with family and friends and enjoys walking and travelling.
An industry leader, Brad has undertaken extensive study and attended numerous courses to remain at the forefront of procedures, legislation and technology in the field of real estate management.

Traci Charles joined Compton Green as a Senior Sales Consultant, marking her return to the team in May 2024. Having worked in various local real estate agencies across the Inner West over the past two decades, Traci brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise and local connections to the business.

Adam Welling joined Compton Green as a Senior Sales Consultant and Auctioneer, marking his return to the team in April 2024. With over two decades of real estate experience spanning Geelong, Williamstown and the inner west, Adam began his career specialising in commercial real estate in Geelong, before moving to Melbourne and focusing on residential real estate.

Charlotte joined our Williamstown office in 2022 as a Trainee Property Manager, completing her training and becoming a qualified Property Manager in 2023. Vanessa is in charge of all internal and external sales administration. Her role is pivotal to the success of our sales team. She oversees important tasks, such as preparing all legal documents for upcoming auctions and impending sales.

Elisa joined Compton Green in 2022. She has over 20 years’ marketing and communications experience and is highly versatile having worked across a wide-range of industries in Sydney and Melbourne. Since 2017, Elisa has run a successful marketing business which has earned her a strong reputation within the inner west Melbourne community.

Joanne joined our Geelong office in early 2022 after forming a strong connection with Compton Green through her voluntary work with the Geelong Little Athletics community.

Vicky Smith joined Compton Green Geelong in 2023 as a Property Manager, bringing 17 years of experience in residential property investment. With real estate licenses in both Victoria and New South Wales, she’s well-equipped to navigate the complexities of property management. Vicky also broadened her expertise by studying Assessment and Training in 2022/2023.
Having called Geelong home for 15 years after moving from her hometown of Horsham, Vicky is deeply connected to the local community. Outside of work, she’s passionate about music, attending concerts, and exploring her creative side through painting. Vicky also values spending quality time with her two adult children.
With a career spanning the Events, Hospitality and Travel industries, combined with a love of problem solving and working with people, Property Management was the next career step for Sarah.

Alison is an award winning property professional with significant experience within the real estate industry, specialising in residential asset management.
She has worked previously with two prominent Geelong real estate agencies over the last decade. Continuing as Leasing Manager with Compton Green, Alison see’s the position as an important role within the department. She ensures that all enquiries are dealt with quickly, inspections organized to suit clients and vital feedback given to the property managers. Based out of our West Footscray office, Bianca is the Head of Property Services in our Enterprise division. Bianca's love for architecture and design originally drew her to the real estate industry, but it's the client relationships she's made along the way that has solidified her passion for her work.
As a qualified agent representative and armed with a diverse network of contacts across a range of sectors, Bianca is highly versed in the changing needs of large corporations and organisations. Her areas of speciality include (but aren't limited to): bespoke reporting and consultancy, land management, social living, project management, asset management and risk management.
